T-Solve bills clients in four different ways—by hour, by time blocks, by customized retainer, and by project. Clients can choose the billing method that best suits their needs.
Hourly rates vary by the type of client. Standard rates are applicable during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday). All time outside of normal business hours is billed at the overtime rate, 1.5 times the standard rate.

Time is billed in 30 minute increments, and all on-site support calls have a two hour minimum. For detailed questions about hourly rates, please contact us.
Businesses and residential clients can choose to prepay for blocks of time to receive a lower per hour rate. A time block is paid before work is started, but can be used by the client as frequently (or infrequently) as needed within a one-year period.

Clients who are interested in full-service recurring monthly support have the option of paying fixed recurring monthly costs. Clients on retainer receive the lowest per hour rates. Retainer clients typically have larger needs and require ten or more hours per month. For more information on retainer rates, please contact us.
Clients can also elect to have time billed by a flat, project fee. A T-Solve engineer makes an estimate on the amount of time that a project will take. This estimate becomes the amount that will be billed to the client. No matter how long a project takes (whether longer or shorter than the estimate), the client still pays the single estimated project fee. Project fees are typically billed one half of the total fee at the commencement of the project and one half of the total fee at the end of the project.
